i am trying hho system home made for about a month now not getting any gains as yet but not giving up.i extended my o2 sensor made a map 100k pot 25k resistor not gettin engine to stall. i think i am not producing enough hydrogen but will keep trying. i am confident about this system.

I really like the Content of your Blog on HHO. As a certified mechanic, I know the ins and outs of cars. I also know how easy it is (or isn't) to perform certain conversions on cars, trucks, and big-rigs. Ten years ago when I first started experimenting with the different technologies to achieve superior fuel economy, I just took it for granted that getting 50-80 miles per gallon (80 to 129 kilometers) was normal with the water/HHO system installed. Today, with the advent of people selling the do-it-yourself instructions to use water as a fuel supplement, I want to shed some light on what is and what is not possible.
Here are some more options that I have Reviewed:

Proof indeed. Usually people hear mixed reviews about HHO Generators because the folks they have spoken to have not installed or properly adjusted their EFIE devices which control the voltage from the O2 sensor in front of the CAT. The EFIE tricks the car's computer into believing it's not getting anymore Oxygen. If the computer senses too much oxygen, it will add more fuel to the fire so even though your burning more efficiently, you're also adding too much fuel which will kill any mileage improvements.

Many of the newer kits are including EFIE's so I imagine we will begin to see more proof yet.

A couple of Points:

1. It would help if these claims were made by people who are literate.

2. If this really works why don't the makers of these Browns Gas Units donate a couple to Consumer reports so that the results can be posted in an orderly, believable manner? Are they afraid of not being able to meet the demand?

I think more people would catch on if they used common sense.
Hydrogen is combustible. Hydrogen in engine = fuel.

Part of the skepticism might be stemming from the fact that some people refer to it as running a car on water when in reality... it's running a car on a hydrogen generator which car companies have proven works... many times over.

One problem that was being caused was the use of too much hho gas. After the gas is burned it reverts back to water, it is then dispelled through the exhaust system, causing rust. People need to understand that these are dry cells, not fuel cells. When using a fuel cell the hydrogen gas is converted to electricity which then runs the vehicle. Therefore the more hydrogen you produce the more electrical current to charge the batteries on the hybrid car. The hho cell does not work like the hydrogen fuelcell, there is a limit as to how much you can effect the gasoline by the injection of hydrogen into the fuel. I have watched for a few years as these hho guys have been pushing for more and more lpm, they were acting as though the more hho gas the better, totally wrong. I have never used anything more than 1 LPM, I have tested 2 LPM and better but the fuel savings were no better on the larger than they were for the 1 LPM. Again, people need to understand that they are not filling a fuel tank like the hybrids, the hho dry cell is a hydrogen on demand system.

I am hoping to build a hho dry cell this week,It wiil be +nnnn--nnnn+(12 cell) with 60mmx90mm(working area)with 26 guage sst plates. Will it be sufficient to produce HHO for 1400cc Kia Rio car?

I have personally installed this hho generators to my two vehicles:

1992 Volvo 960 with 47% gain from 17mpg to 25mpg and 1989 Mercedes 300 SE from 17mpg to 22mpg.

Another friend of mine went from 30mpg to 50mpg on his 1997 Saturn..

I still think that there should be an independent testing facility that can definitely prove that HHO is indeed doing what it was suppose to do. This will definitely answer any skepticism about HHO.
