HHO Generators 2009 Set Up
The hho generators set up for 2009 is really amazing. Besides having a dry type hho gas cell which is easy to install, there are less parts to worry about. In the 2008 version, there was a need to use a circulating pump to boost the flow of hydrogen gas. Now you don’t need that because the bubbler being used is placed on top of these hho generators. Collection of hydrogen gas is done by gravity feed and this is economical and easy to service.
For optimum hho gas production, a pulse width modulator (pwm) is connected to the electrolyte power supply and hho cell circuit. This makes controlling the amount of hho gas manageable which is set not higher than 12 liters per minute (this is a departure on last year’s method which goes up to 20 amp). This method help restricts high current draw and prevents less heat which is also good for your alternator.
HHO generators have the following kit:
a relay- fuse combo so you can shut off the hho generator when you turn off the ignition switch and protect the hho circuit.
A cylindrical plastic vaporizer unit to serve as a blow back arrestor to prevent engine intake flashback from the throttle body that can damage your bubbler housing and dry cell hho hoses.
A cooling fan to cool your pwm housing when ampere reading starts to creep up.
A map/mass sensor enhancer to control your map/mass sensor signals to the engine computer (ecm).
A EFIE adjuster to control your oxygen signals to the ecm
A scan gage tool to monitor your mileage gain, engine fault codes check ups and for hho gas control monitoring purposes.
Not all of these kits above will be required, the older your engine, you might just need the pwm, dry cell generator, bubbler and electrical switches. But if you have a late model fuel injected vehicle then you might need all these gadgets listed above.
HHO generators TIP:
Before installing your hho generators, install a scan gage and record your vehicles mpg for at least a few days. This way, after you got the hho generator installed, you can measure the difference and tweak it later by:
Making proper PWM adjustments or adding more engine computer circuit manipulators such as EFIE or MAP/MASS enhancers.

We’ve come a long ways since the days of the water4gas haven’t we? I’m looking forward to what the next year brings, and the hho dry cell improvements we’ll see. Great blog, keep up the good job.
