Hydrogen Gas Cars…the truth behind it!

Hydrogen gas cars are the best way to conserve in fuel, using HHO (boosted hydrogen gas) or hydrogen gas cars technology is the best option for the suffering drivers from high cost of gas. When you compare it to the cost of a new hybrid cars or the hydrogen fueled cars being marketed right now, HHO boost system can be installed in any car at around $100-$200 (if you build it yourself) or you can buy a pre-built unit for around $700-$1200).

But the important question is: Does it work?

Hydrogen gas cars have been perfected in the last 6-12 months. Using a simple device called ELECTROLYSIS, it has been working when installed in various cars and trucks. ATS can now help you do this if you want to save money on your gas.

Hydrogen gas cars are based on the principle that when you add hydrogen gas to your engine intake during combustion, it makes the combustion process more efficient and fast. Unlike gasoline fuel which produce toxic gases such as hydrocarbons (HC), Nitrogen oxide (NOx), carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO) and Sulfur dioxide (SO2), it produces water which is good for the environment!!! And remember this: The energy produced by hydrogen is about 3 times those of the premium gas. Practical proof? Imagine the energy produced by an hydrogen bomb explosion. This alone should convince you about the power of hydrogen energy.

The hydrogen gas cars common argument being accused against this product is how efficient is hydrogen gas produced by your car using electrolysis? (By this time, you must have seen the hydrogen generator in a small bottle powered by the engine battery and this is called electrolysis). Electrolysis is also the cheapest way to produce HHO which is really getting popular because of it is cheap and simple to set up.

Based on what I have seen so far, if this is installed in an older carburated engine, expect to gain 10%-40% in mileage because of the resulting fuel mixture which is super lean. You can adjust that mixture by changing your timing and carburator setting. However, this system gets complicated when you have a fuel injected engine which is common right now. The fuel mixture set up is already fixed in the factory using the engine computer. If the hydrogen gas is added to make it lean, the same engine computer will give you the dreaded” check engine light” defeating the HHO boosting system purpose.

A year ago when I learned about the hydrogen gas cars, I don’t think there is a way around cheating the sensor signals for your engine mixture in the engine computer. But if you look at Utube videos nowadays, there are a lot of gadgets and computer chips to do just that so you can fool your engine computer. Result? Now you can get hydrogen gas cars which are fuel injected and getting a lot of miraculous fuel savings.

Word of caution: This computer assisted hydrogen booster system must be installed by a licensed mechanic in order to work. There so much technology involved like chemical and electronics that if you do this yourself, you might not not save gas and risk hurting yourself or your engine.

I am sure a lot of hydrogen gas cars vendors will say otherwise but unless they guarantee the product, you should not touch it. As a matter of fact, one state in US banned this kind of product unless approved by EPA. One more word of caution: Always buy the hydrogen generator and computer enhancer kit from the same vendor: this way, there is no pointing fingers why it will not work. If you are really serious in conserving fuel and help our environment, hydrogen gas cars are the way to go.
