HHO fuel savings that reaches 37% MPG increase!
Another HHO fuel savings device is shown here to prove to you that some people are having success in HHO generators. Reading on his description, he used 2 HHO generators connected in series to produced the best rate of hydrogen gas flow. As I have described to you in my earlier blogs, heat is a by product of HHO generators. This heat happens when the HHO generator itself is not big enough to produce the hydrogen gas. When this happens, the generator housing will get hot in the process that sometimes will melt the electrical connections.
Some people will try to fix this by adding more electrolyte catalyst to speed up the HHO gas production. Still others can avoid heat by increasing the surface areas in the HHO generator electrolyte plates or coils. Lately, a multiple generator housings are used instead to achieve this. And from the result of the tests, it seems that the HHO gas production is increase effectively without the heat. Also, the added benefit is lower amperage rating when adjusting the current rate using the PWM adjuster which assures the HHO fuel savings.
In this case, I am not sure if he used a PWM adjuster but he did use the MASS or MAF sensor adjuster. If you remember, this device is use to control the engine air volume in setting the fuel mixture. From the video shown, he achieved a 37% increase in HHO fuel savings. I hope his findings can be verified but given he has no scangage and oxygen EFIE adjuster, there are so much room for improvement.
Here again is the HHO fuel savings test video
One more thing I want to caution you when installing HHO fuel savers: keep a closer look at your engine cooling system. When you realize that adding hydrogen gas makes your fuel mixture lean, there is no question it will add more heat to your engine. To fight that, you have to make sure the engine cooling system is in top shape. An adequate size radiator with good flow will do that and if the cooling fans are electric, make sure that they work properly.
To save fuel, it is not only important to increase the HHO fuel savings but making sure your engine can handle it. ATS can give you recommendations on the safe way to install these fuel savers so you can do it successfully. HHO fuel savers can help you save fuel but only if you do it right

HHO Performance Test Requirement!
The HHO performance test needed during hydrogen generator conversion is to use a scan gauge. If you remember in my earlier blog where I showed you a laptop being used as an engine scanner, here I will show you a cheaper alternative. This is a better procedure in monitoring your engine computer management performance. In simple terms, it gives you the engine fuel mixture status like if it is in open or close loop. This is crucial when feeding the hydrogen gas to your engine intake so that a proper balance is reached between HHO gas production and combustion without getting the fuel too lean. The same can be attained if you install a scan gauge.
This hho performance gadget is actually better because:
1.) It is compact, rough and sturdy construction. Also, it can be installed in your dash with the maximum visibility. This becomes particularly important when monitoring the readings and you want to change the settings quickly with a flick of a switch.
2.) Aside from showing engine hho performance readings, it gives you stats such as vehicle MPG, engine rpm, fuel consumption in GPH (gallons per hour) , HHO production rate, open and close loop status…etc. And all of these can be displayed by switching a user friendly switches for reset and viewing the appropriate readings you need.
3.) To do this hho performance test, ask for SCANGAGE II and you can buy it online by searching it in Google, Ebay, Amazon or even Utube. Make sure to specify all the reading you want but the ones above are the very basic specs since it is always being updated all the time. In case you forget, always include the HHO flow rate, open/close loop, vehicle mpg and especially the vehicle gph (gallons per hour) so you can determine the increase in gas mileage.
Installation is usually straight forward which comes with instructions when you buy the hydrogen gas saver kit. You can also contact or get assistance from a licensed mechanic to show you the proper wiring diagram and connections for your specific engine computer.
Shown on this video is a quick installation guide for this hho performance test SCAN GAGE II. In this demo video, an extension wiring harness connection is shown being assembled for a pick up truck. He also mentioned where you can buy the tools and supplies so you can install this hydrogen gas saver kit yourself. For your safety, always ask a mechanic to help you install this. ATS also provides this assistance so you can protect your vehicle.
