The HHO Generator Set Up For 2009 That Works!

HHO Gas Tips

hho dimension This new hho generator set up that produced an amazing 52 mpg on a 2007 4 cyl SUV is a complete departure from the previous hho generator design from last year. When I ordered my own kit last September 2008, I was really frustrated in finding the extra space needed for the gas generator on my 2004 Ford FreeStar. The main generator housing was almost 2.5 inches in diameter and almost 12 inches long. This new rig is different: because all you need in hydrogen is 1 liter per minute, it allows them to make it compact. Looking at it on picture on the left showed in their website, it only 4 by 4 square inches! Anyone can almost fit this rig anywhere at the buttom of the engine by the frame.

DRY CELL TYPE HHO GAS GENERATOR is the new way to go!

Old style generator plates of the 2008s were submerged in electrolyte fluid which can cause a lot of maintenance problems.
The corrosive nature of oxygen-hydrogen gases produced by the hho generator make keeping the plate electrodes and the housing clean. Within a month after running this wet unit, most hho installers reported seeing brownish discoloration inside the housing. It has to be flushed to remove the build up of this dirt. On severe occasion, the whole assembly has to be dis-assembled to make a complete clean up.

Another dis-advantage I observed was the deterioration of the generator wire terminals. Exposed to strong chemical oxidation, it corrodes the connections and sometimes melt. The melting really got worst when the hho generation rate is out of balance and generated a lot of heat. And since this new “dry type” design is more compact, it can be easily mounted without doing any major engine modification. For maintenance, the whole system can be drained and flushed by removing 1-2 hose connections which can be done quickly.

These two factors alone make this new hho generator set up the better choice but because there less physical exposure to hho gas. Also, this dry cell HHO generator is applicable to small fuel injected engines such as 4 or 6 cylinders or any v8 engines under 5.7 liters.

NOTE:

I cannot post yet the name of the vendor until I have installed this HHO generator (dry cell) myself.

Thanks!

Richard

      Hello Arsalan,

I don’t think there is a website where you can find the info you want that is free. Most of them, you have to join and pay to subscribe before you can get the hho cell system. What I am doing right now is to get the best system that works. There is a system I know is computerized but I am still waiting for the test results. As soon as I see it, I will buy one myself. Cost is around $1500 but if it works, it will pay for itself.

      Hi arsalan

As richard said there really is no site for this atleast not for free. I do need to make a post on my blog in a few days. If you would like I can try to get you a rough example of how to get started building your own electrolyzer.

As another note you guys are one of the best places I have found pertaining to hho technology. Keep up the good work guys.
